Medical and Life Insurance
At Rolls-Royce Solutions America, we want to keep our employees healthy and happy. We provide medical, dental and vision plans designed to allow you to select the level of coverage that best suits your needs. The cost of health insurance is shared between Rolls-Royce Solutions America and employees, with Rolls-Royce Solutions America bearing most of the expense. Eligibility for Rolls-Royce Solutions America medical, dental and vision benefit plans is effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

We also provide basic term life insurance equal to two times an employee’s annual base salary. You can purchase additional term life at group rates for up to five times their base salary. The costs will vary due to age and amount of coverage elected. Life insurance coverage is effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Short Term Disability
Full-time and part-time hourly and salaried employees are eligible for Short Term Disability benefits after one year of active service, beginning with the first day of absence directly related to the disability. Part-time eligibility is based on a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Long Term Disability
Rolls-Royce Solutions America provides a Long Term Disability plan that pays 60% of the employee’s monthly salary if the employee suffers from a disabling accident or illness on or off the job.
